Dear SOC Team Member,

The Eagles Flight Team Building Network (EFTBN) is a training and networking program originally designed by Jordan Adler. Jordan is the #1 Team Builder and Income Earner in SendOutCards. In order for the entire company to benefit from this program, Jordan agreed to work with SendOutCards to make this available as part of the Eagles Flight Training.

The EFTBN program is designed to organize our field efforts. We have grown to a point where so many are joining SendOutCards teams all across North America, and many people feel they are building on their own. Yet, there may be an entire group of excited SOC Entrepreneurs right in their city. We needed a way to bring all this excitement together on a monthly basis. One of the most valuable things a leader can do is get together with other leaders and share ideas, brainstorm, and network. 

The EFTBN program will give all team members a place to go once per month to network, get training, build relationships, and share techniques and ideas. In the next few pages, you’ll find the Vision for EFTBN. The name of the game is LEADERSHIP and TEAMWORK.

Our goal is to build true leaders in SendOutCards that will build this company along with everyone that joins us in the largest greeting card company on the planet.
