An individual’s success is a by-product of the success of the team. What you get is in direct proportion to what you give to the team (sound familiar?). Each team member’s role is essential to the success of the team. The Eagles Flight Team Building Network needs you and you need the Eagles Flight Team Building Network. The eyes need the mind to know what they see. The mind needs the feet to get where it wants to go. The feet need the hands to accomplish its mission. Likewise, each team members’ role is equally important to the team mission. My presence and participation supports your team and your presence and participation supports my team. 

Your Responsibility

The success and energy of an organization is dependent on the participation and effort of its members. Participation is the fuel that drives the team forward. A Eagles Flight Team Member’s primary responsibility is to participate. Without participation, there is no team. The following commitment is recommended to have the greatest impact on your business and your team:

1. Participate in one Team Leadership Meeting each Month
2. Attend a Treat ‘em Right Seminar
3. Attend one Team Conference Call each Week
4. Attend two Corporate Conference Calls each Month 

Each member’s responsibility is a very simple commitment of time, yet it has a profound effect on the success of the entire team and therefore each member.
