Team Leadership Meetings

Requirements:

1. You'll need to be a Senior Manager or above, in good standing, and be actively building a SendOutCards Business to be a City Leader and run a Leadership Meeting.
2. You'll need to be commited to the success of the team the whole team regardless of whether they are in your downline or not. If we each focus on the success of others, our success will be automatic.

Selecting a Location:

1. Meeting locations should be NEUTRAL public venues. Small or Large Hotels are preferred.  Nicer closed restaurant meeting rooms are okay for smaller groups. Please NO CHURCHES OR BARS. Try and stick with UPSCALE locations if possible. We want to keep a professional image.
2. Be sure there is plenty of well lighted parking.

Meeting Schedule and Times:

1. Leadership Meetings are held once per month preferrably on the same night or day each month (i.e. the first Saturday morning of each month). Meetings will be posted on the Website as a MONTHLY leadership meeting.
Once your meeting is posted it will begin to grow quickly. There are many "orphan" distributors scattered throughout our system.
2. We suggest that you do not schedule meetings the last two weeks of August (Convention time) or at times that are in conflict with a TER seminar that may be running in your area.
3. Click here to submit your information.

Fees and Charges:

The City Leader will be responsible for room charges and may charge $10 at the door to cover room costs and supplies. In smaller cities, its okay to start small. Our goal is to build up lots of Leadership Meetings across North America. In a smaller city that may only support 10 distributors initially ($10X10 = $100) find a room for under $100.

Supplies and Equipment Required:

1. Projector and Screen (or light wall)
2. White Board and Dry Erase Markers
3. Laptop Computer
4. Wireless or Hardwired 'Live' Internet Connection
5. Name Tags, Pens, Markers and Sign in Sheet.
6. Sign in Table
7. Display table with LOTS of SOC greeting cards (include PicturePlus cards)

Team Leadership:

1. All Distributors in a City that are interested in participating in Leadership meetings should come together for formal planning.
2. The group shall vote on who will be the City Leader based on interest and business building qualifications. Officers shall also be selected by the group. City Leaders must be at least a Sr Manager.
3. Each City should have a City Leader, Assistant City Leader and a Treasurer.
4. Officers will hold a 3 month term. Voting will take place the 1st week of each term. Officers names and contact info shall be e-mailed to Steve Diamond upon completion of voting.
