What is www.eftbn.com?

The Eagles Flight Teambuilding Network is a High Performance organization of SendOutCards leaders dedicated to the ideals of teamwork, commitment and excellence. We believe in the infectious power of numbers to inspire people to achieve extraordinary results and superior levels of performance. 

The backbone of www.eftbn.com is large, dynamic, regular monthly team leadership meetings where anyone from any SendOutCards organization can come to feed off of the excitement of others, network and learn powerful strategies for building a SendOutCards Business. 

The Vision

We as people positively yearn for inspiration, but are not inspired, at least not for long, by more money. Motivation inspired by money is short-lived, because the focus is all about ‘you’.  There is very little long lasting fulfillment when the focus is on ‘you’ vs. others. The opportunity to be involved in something greater than ourselves; a common purpose where our role is critical to the success of the team. When the Crusade becomes bigger than the ‘Deal’, teams become more powerful than logic can dictate.

As a leader, our most important responsibility is to articulate a clear and compelling vision for our organization. Leaders who pursue the principle of Vision lay the foundation for building a high performance team.

As SendOutCards prepares to enter the Global Marketplace, our vision must be to raise up a world-class team within SendOutCards ranks that will obliterate current standards of success. Our leaders speak the future and provide the direction.

Why it Works

www.eftbn.com is a team action plan. The mind is an arena of success and failure for any endeavor we undertake in life. External forces and influences are constantly trying to grab our attention and either reinforce our current belief system or undermine it. In our business, most people are weak in determination and stand a chance when confronted with opposition. It is our responsibility as sponsors and mentors to endorse a plan of action that creates ‘habits of belief’ and eliminates ‘habits of disbelief’.

We are a virtual opportunity. As we grow our teams, we experience new distributors joining in markets all over North America. Most of those people interested in growing a team will try and do it on their own and will focus on how they can make money. The dynamics of ‘doing it on your own’ and ‘doing it for the money’ are not consistent with the principles for building a successful team. They may work for a short time, but there will be no long term self sustaining growth as long as the focus is inward vs outward. This is the reason for www.eftbn.com.  www.eftbn.com promotes teamwork, vision, involvement, leadership, training, relationships, strategy, networking and personal growth. These are the building blocks for individual and team growth. With a “sending out to give attitude” we can come together at the EFTBN events and give our gifts, talents and experience to all who are involved. This provides the nourishment needed to not only succeed, but set new standards for the way business is done.

Imagine having a few hundred distributors scattered throughout North America that have been sponsored by someone on your team in another market. What would the impact be of those people having the ability to network and learn from other experienced SendOutCards leaders? A new Representative is like a seedling with a weak root system that can easily be pulled out when external forces are harsh. Likewise, a new Distributor can be negatively affected when faced with rejection (ie; someone not calling them back or saying ‘no’). In nature, a strong root system will grow with regular watering and exposure to sunlight. A mature Distributor  that is properly anchored in their beliefs, has developed deep roots of conviction through repetition and reinforcement. If you put yourself and your team into an atmosphere of positive belief on a regular basis that will provide inspiration and motivation to succeed then it will create the anchoring necessary for healthy team growth.
